REQUEST FOR HELP!!!!!

Special request from our fellow HAMS in Coffee Co.    Please consider helping out if you can……..

Again a request for help is coming from our friends and neighbors in Coffee county (Manchester). Folks ( HAM licensed) to help operate the HAM bands for the Bonnaroo event are still desperately needed. (6-8 more are needed)

A few hours to operate is all that is being asked for...no "all nighters", and no getting stuck on a radio "forever". Seasoned "Veterans" will be right there with you to assist if there are ANY doubts or needs. You will NOT be anywhere near the event...(unless you request to be)

If anyone can provide a few hours time on any day or night from 9-13 June PLEASE contact Bill Holt by email  N0EUU@hotmail.com or call the Coffee County EMA office in Manchester  (931) 723-5105 Phone....

Please let them know what days and what hours you can operate a radio to help them out....

Let's give some support if we can to our fellow HAMS in Coffee county and help them to see this Bonnaroo Event be a success...

Well, with the exception of Steve (N1LHW) we still have yet to have anyone sign into the forums and generate any activity!

ATTENTION ALL VIEWERS!!

Beginning next Monday (May 3rd) - Our on air NET will be held at 7:30p.m. on the 147.060 repeater (No tone, +.60MHZ offset)

Joe Thatcher  - AJ4YS - Has just updated the FAQ page as well as the EmComm page. I highly recommend that everybody check them out. They make a great read, and are very informative!

I have *FINALLY* finished uploading the photos from the Tullahoma Hamfest, (Sorry it took so long) as well as posting a new photo on the Club Photo page that shows Steve Haber (N1LHW) at Liberty school demonstrating Amateur Radio to the students.

I have included a list of recommended Emergency Frequencies on the EmComm page. please review it and suggest any changes or additions, etc..

I have implemented a change in the Contact Form, and added a field for users to enter their Phone # as a part of the feedback process. I am recieving a number of contacts with requests for information with E-mail addresses that are returned as invalid, so hopefully having them add a phone # will allow us to reach them to give them the information they are requesting on the club.

If you have sent any questions to the Webmaster and have NOT been contacted with a response, I ask that you please re-send the request with you phone number so i can contact you and answer them!
